The 2021 Grammy Awards will take place on the 14th of March and we are delighted to bring you our Grammy Awards 2021 betting tips. The ceremony will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and it will be the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards.

The 2021 Grammy Awards are almost here. I’ve been talking about them for months, but they finally arrive on March 14th.

I’ve been over and through the main betting categories, but with the clock ticking, it’s time to circle the very best bets for the 2021 Grammy Awards.

The Grammys are not without their surprises. Upsets do happen here, and there are several tight races for some major hardware.

Seriously, if you haven’t seen yet, you’ll see in a hurry that even the would-be favorites don’t carry insane odds. I still think the best bets are pretty obvious this year, of course.

With that, let’s go over the best 2021 Grammys bets and why I think you should consider targeting them at the best Grammys betting sites this year.

The best odds for who will win Album of the Year at the 2021 Grammys comes at BetOnline. Taylor Swift has been in the lead basically all year, and bettors are getting a steal at this -160 price tag.

Swift is joined by Dua Lipa (+250) and Post Malone (+800) as the most likely threats here, while Coldplay is one of the few heavy hitters that could surprise.

Grammy Awards Betting Winners

That said, this is 100% Swift’s award to lose.

This isn’t the country-pop star’s first rodeo, as many would imagine. Swift has won Album of the Year at the Grammys twice before, and she has the momentum to do it a third time this year.

Folklore is propped up by Song of the Year contender “Cardigan,” which debuted at #1 on Spotify and also landed in the top spot in the Billboard Hot 100.

The song plays like a distant, poetic memory, brought back to life via nostalgic whims.

This isn’t a one-track album, though. The album as a whole hit number one on the Billboard 200 and sat there for eight weeks.

Born out of the same quarantine most of the world found itself in back in 2020, Swift’s introspective, deep dive into the indie scene is among the most relatable albums of the year.

It’s always possible Swift gets upset here. The Grammys voters could opt to give the nod to someone else, and Dua Lipa is as hot of a name as anyone.

But the Grammys already snubbed two of the most dangerous contenders in The Weeknd and Fiona Apple.

Biggest Grammy Awards Snubs for 2021

The 2021 Grammy Awards prepare to honor the best artists in the music industry on March 14th, 2021. This year’s Grammys have been pushed back (they ran on January 26th last year), but the event will still go off without a hitch. Of course, that’s...

“Don’t Start Now” to Win Record of the Year (-190)

While Taylor Swift may have the goods to win Album of the Year, I highly doubt she’ll sweep the major categories.

Dua Lipa may not have what it takes to stage the upset for the big one, but she had at least one song that dominated in 2020.

That’s none other than “Don’t Start Now,” which carries the uplifting Future Nostalgia, which was a successful experiment in marriage between pop and disco.

It’s more than that, however, especially when you dive into “Don’t Start Now,” which is perhaps the most complete track of 2020.

Remember, Record of the Year isn’t just about the song that moved you the most or was the catchiest. While “Don’t Start Now” checks half of those boxes, it delivers across the board with elite production and top-notch mixing.

Lipa’s trademark haunting vocals carry this massive hit, which spent six straight weeks in the number one spot on the Top 40 charts.

Cardigan to Win Song of the Year (-130)

While I like Dua Lipa to take home Record of the Year, Swift again feels like the easy call when it comes to betting on who will win Song of the Year at the 2021 Grammys.

Song of the Year usually comes down to that one song that moves you, captivates you, and reminds you of the year that was.

A year ago, it was undeniably Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy,” and in 2020, it was Swift’s “Cardigan.”

Don’t get me wrong, Swift is getting a run for her money here. Lipa’s “Don’t Start Now” gets the blood flowing, while Beyonce’s “Black Parade” is probably the song I’d really be worried about here.

“Black Parade” was a charity single dropped on “Juneteenth” and serves as an anthem of sorts for the African American community. Considering our current social climate, this is a real threat at +325.

That said, Song of the Year is about the best song that resonates completely with the masses.

There are other songs that struck a chord, but “Cardigan” arguably poked at our hearts and probed our minds the most. Effortlessly reminding everyone of the many rough edges of love, both gained and lost.

Swift likely sums it up best with her own lyrics.

“And when I felt like I was an old cardigan under someone’s bed, you put me on and said I was your favorite.”

Swift is an expert at capturing emotion, putting it in a blender, and spitting out a gem of a song. She wrote about tortured love and did it with something as forgettable and meaningless as an article of clothing.

Perhaps that was the point. Well played, Swift.

There will be other Grammys categories to bet on, but I’m here to hand out my best 2021 Grammys bets.

One more great option is Megan Thee Stallion to win Best New Artist.

Simply based on the field, this is a home run bet. Megan Thee Stallion is by far the biggest name in this betting category, and it’s really wild to me that her odds are only at -180.

You can find that bet at MyBookie, but I struggle to believe the odds will be that appealing for much longer.

There are a few other artists that could potentially stage an upset, with Phoebe Bridgers (+400) and Doja Cat (+400) looking like the most likely contenders.

I’m not buying the upset, though.

Best New Artist is almost always a transparent and predictable award, just because it’s so undeniable. Fittingly so, Megan Thee Stallion’s star power and arrival are just as unavoidable.

After all, she’s already made her presence known with a Best Female Hip Hop Artist at the 2020 BET Awards.

The 26-year old has been everywhere in 2020. Her more unforgettable appearance was undeniably alongside Card B in the risque WAP, while Time magazine recognized her as one of the 100 most influential people in 2020.

How’s that for a welcome?

Oh, and Megan Thee Stallion saw debut studio album Good news enter the top-10 in the Billboard 200 this past year.

Best New Artist goes to that successful and vibrant star you just can’t escape. In 2020, that was 100% Megan Thee Stallion.
